There is strong evidence for a pathologic shortage of uridine, choline, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's disease patients. The authors of this review take a close look at this shortage and the benefits of dietary intervention with these nutrients.
