The lecture focused on the presentation of data suggesting that early exposure to an innovative concept of infant formula, which includes large lipid droplets coated with milk phospholipids, can result in childhood BMI trajectories that closely resemble those of breastfed infants. Furthermore, the presented data indicated that this innovative formula may lead to lower childhood blood pressure and support cognitive development, potentially benefiting childhood cognitive flexibility.
